FAQ
Do I need prior audit qualifications?
No. Comfort with spreadsheets and grant claim forms is enough. We explain sampling theory in plain language before you touch the app.
Is the grant expenditure audit app included?
Yes — a time-limited sandbox licence ships with Field Notes Seat and cohort enrolments. It is a training environment, not a production system for your live awards.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not teach funder-specific portal quirks for every UK scheme. If your programme uses a bespoke claiming website, you will still need local guidance for uploads and field codes; we focus on the expenditure trail beneath those portals.
Can our whole team join one studio?
Assurance Studio supports up to eight seats with a private facilitator. Larger groups are split across two rooms so everyone still gets hands-on app time.
