Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Scalablewebsystems enrolments confirmed by invoice. Informational prices on this website are not charges until we issue an invoice and you pay it.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment if you have not accessed more than one live session and have not downloaded more than twenty percent of course files. After that window, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds return the programme fee excluding non-refundable items listed below. Partial refunds may deduct a proportional fee for sessions delivered and sandbox licence time already used, typically calculated as sessions delivered divided by total sessions scheduled.

Non-refundable items

Archive Renewal fees after the renewal year has started, third-party examination fees (if any), and custom dataset preparation already completed for Assurance Studio are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@scalablewebsystems.digital with your enrolment reference, payment date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten working days of approval. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your bank.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled cohort.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom remain unaffected. Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive by contract.
